A wandering mind is an experience where our attention moves from the present to internal thoughts, feelings, worries, memories and daydreams.
It can be an experience of positivity, creativity, problem solving, and increased moods, but it can also be a cause of stress and challenges in our day to day life if it starts feeling uncontrollable.
Sometimes life, stress, worries and fears can get in the way of what is important to us, increasing negative emotions, impacting our self-image, and creating concern for what our future may hold.
In the journey of life, we all wander along different paths and at the Wandering Mind Counselling, I strive to meet you along that path with a sense of curiosity, warmth, understanding and realness to this thing we call life.
You don’t need to have it all together for things to go well, just showing up as you are, all the messy bits included, is the best place to start your journey into finding your authentic self.
Growth happens when we are uncomfortable and sometimes that is the best place to be!
